Recovery Addict Archive Privacy Policy
Effective date:
Recovery Addict Archive (“RA Archive,” “we,” “us”) operates ra-archive.com, a searchable archive of court-related videos and associated information.
For privacy questions or requests, contact greeners@topmark.media.
Information we collect
Google sign-in. If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account identifier, email address, display name, and profile-picture URL. We store this information alongside your first and latest sign-in dates, sign-in count, and any assigned moderator or editor role.
We use this information to recognize your account, maintain your session, control access to restricted features, and administer the site. Google handles your password; we do not receive it. Our sign-in requests do not grant access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, or contacts.
Information you submit. We collect information you provide through feedback, correction requests, issue reports, and editing tools. This may include your name, contact email, message, attachments, and records of contributions. Signed-in administrative activity may be associated with your account.
Please avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information. Uploaded feedback attachments may be accessible to anyone who obtains their direct link.
Archive information. We collect and organize information from publicly available videos, captions, and live chats. This can include video details, message text, timestamps, display names, channel identifiers, profile images, aliases, and derived participation statistics. Archive records may remain available after the original information changes.
Technical and usage information. Our hosting, security, and analytics services process information about requests and site usage, which may include IP addresses, browser and device information, referring pages, pages visited, and interactions.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies to secure sign-in and keep users signed in. Sign-in session cookies currently last up to 90 days unless cleared earlier. We also use browser storage to remember preferences and information entered into certain forms.
We use Google Analytics to understand traffic and improve the site. Analytics can use cookies and identifiers to measure visits and interactions. Google explains its processing in its Privacy Policy.
You can manage cookies and stored site data through your browser. Blocking or deleting essential cookies may prevent sign-in or other features from working. Google also provides an Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
YouTube and external content
The site displays YouTube videos, thumbnails, and other externally hosted content. Loading this content can send technical information to its provider. Playback and other interactions are also subject to that provider’s policies.
Google sign-in information is separate from the public YouTube information collected for the archive.
How information is shared
Account and administrative information is available to authorized site administrators and, where needed, moderators. We use service providers for hosting, storage, security, analytics, authentication, and feedback delivery.
Archive information and approved contributions may be displayed through the site; access to some features and records is restricted.
We may disclose information when legally required or when reasonably necessary to address abuse, protect people, or secure the service.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will follow the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements.
Retention and security
We retain account and contribution records to operate and administer the service. These records do not currently have a uniform automatic deletion period. Archive material is intended for long-term retention.
We use HTTPS, protected session cookies, and access controls to safeguard information. No system can guarantee complete security.
Your choices and requests
You can browse public sections without signing in. You can sign out, clear browser storage, and manage RA Archive’s connection through your Google Account settings. Disconnecting Google does not automatically delete information already stored by RA Archive.
To request access, correction, or deletion, email greeners@topmark.media. Please identify the relevant account or archive entry without sending your password. We may need to verify your identity.
We will review requests under applicable law, including any relevant exceptions for recordkeeping or security. Removing information from RA Archive does not remove it from YouTube or other original sources.
Policy changes
We will post updates here and revise the effective date when this policy changes.
