AZ v. George Alan Kelly

Summary

Mr. Kelly is charged in the shooting death of Gabriel Cuen Buitimea in Jan of 2023. Gabriel was found dead 115 yards from Mr. Kelly's home in Nogales, AZ. Mr. Kelly claims he heard the shot that he thinks killed Gabriel and came out of his house to investigate. Kelly says he fired nine rounds into the air to scare off trespassers and called the authorities. Law enforcement arrived and searched part of the property, finding nothing. Later that day, Kelly's dogs located Gabriel's body and the authorities were called again. This time, they arrested Kelly and charged him with murder.
