Jennifer Crumbley was charged with four counts of involuntary manslaughter for failure to secure the weapon Ethan Crumbley used in the shooting deaths of the four students who lost their lives. Ethan's father and Jennifer Crumbley's husband, James Crumbley, was also charged with involuntary manslaughter for the deaths, but the parents were tried separately.
