WI v. Nicolae Miu

Summary

A lazy river-tubing afternoon turned deadly when a group of young adults and another man from a different group were involved in an altercation. The fight began with name calling and a lost cell phone, and ended when Nicolae Miu fatally stabbed 17 year old Isaac Shuman and wounded others in the fight. The incident took place in the Apple River near Somerset, Wisconsin. Miu claimed self-defense in the incident, but in the body camera arrest video, he made some self-incriminating statements.
